Our Story
The idea for our Readymade Muffin Batter came about when trying to think of healthy lunchbox fillers for kids. Packing a lunch box was made more complicated by having to reduce allergens (nut free) and meet the NZ Ministry of Health recommendations for reducing food-related choking for babies and young children at early learning services.
We started making muffins for our family's lunchboxes and freezing the batter to save time. The frozen batter was convenient and the muffins are actually pretty good!
